There's a problem with my order?
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their order. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
Due to the nature of these products we are unable to accept returns once order is sent. Change of mind is possible pending if order has been packed at the time.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
PLEASE NOTE: to ensure you receive your order as fresh as possible, orders made after 10am Thursday & Sunday will be sent Monday mornings to reduce shipping time.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made locally by us. Our manufacturing partners for packing etc are carefully selected to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much is shipping?
Shipping available Australia wide. Orders will be sent within 1-2 days of placing. Orders placed after 10am will be sent the following day to reduce travel time.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed between 10am Thursday & Sunday will be shipped Monday to ensure your order arrives as fresh as possible.
